Today we finished the bread pudding and cream caramel (I swear I thought it was creme but the stickers said cream...)

Semester 2, week 11, class 31

Finished up the Napoleon and Florentines today.
Mix up the Florentine
Mash up that Florentine...
Squish...
Cook
Coat the bottom with chocolate..
Take the Napoleon
cut...
Them up...
Use these crazy stupid hot things...
And burn some weird ass lines into them...
wtf..
Took other half...
Put some fondant on it...
And come chocolate...
annnd we cut em up.
Fin.

Today we made sweet dough for later, Florentine, and Napoleans (closes description I could find)

Semester 2, week 10, class 28

Today we finished the Bagels and Croissant.
I am def a bigger fan of eating them than making, because I really wasn't into it.

Sooo we roll out our Croissant dough
Mine was literally as hard as ice and I didnt use the roller machine because there were waaay too many people waiting... rolling it out hurt (not pink knife lulz)

I didnt get to take pics of them before the oven :(
I tried but they were already shoved in there
Almond ones. They were amazing, I thought they would be gross but sooo not.

annnd some of the cheeese
Seame and Poppy seed bagels.
They weren't that great.
Kinda plain, hoping they taste better with something on them.

And the cheese stands alone.

Semester 2, week 10, class 27

Seems like every Wenesday is prep day.. woohoooo!
Prep for Croissants (YES!), danish, and bagels.

I do believe this was for the Danish make up. (rolled it out and all that jazz)
Rolled out the Croissant, smushed in the weird roll in butter...
Did this to it a few times..
then BAGELS!

HAHA. I saw this at Lush.
I think that people who aren't Inuit and who are just bashing seals to make profit shouldn't do it, but sorry Lush, I'm all for keeping up with culture.
