Semester 2, week 3, class 8

Today we took the cakes from yesterday's class and decorated them.
It was a pain in the ass. The icing kept getting hard and we had to keep re0heating it to
make it more spreadable. Even then it was a bitch.
The glaze was even worse. That was hard. Everyone was having a tough time with it.....

So...



Devil's Food Cake layered, with pastry cream and bananas.
Glazed with chocolate glaze, and chocolate silk icing, with dried bananas, and dark and white chocolate decor, and white chocolate shavings.
